1. Acceptance of Terms & Usage Guidelines

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or authenticating via Social Login (such as Google OAuth) with AI Studio, you explicitly agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms and Conditions. You are solely and exclusively responsible for all automated content generated and published on your websites using our software. You agree to utilize the plugin in strict compliance with Google Webmaster Spam Policies, international copyright laws, and local regulations regarding AI-generated media. We are not responsible for any SEO penalties, algorithmic de-indexing, DMCA takedowns, or legal disputes incurred as a direct or indirect result of your usage of the AI Studio engine.

2. License Grants & Third-Party APIs

Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the limits of your purchased tier (e.g., 1 Site, 5 Sites, or Unlimited). AI Studio operates purely as an interface bridge to third-party APIs (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google News). We absolutely do not guarantee the continued uptime, feature availability, or stable pricing of these external services. If your personal API account is suspended, rate-limited, or terminated by the provider, it is entirely beyond our control and does not constitute a defect in our software.

3. Intellectual Property & Liability

All core intellectual property rights, source code, and branding in the AI Studio software belong exclusively to us. However, all content, articles, and images generated by the AI using your API keys remain 100% your property. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Studio, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of business profits, complete loss of SEO rankings, server crashes, or data corruption resulting from your installation and use of the software.

4. Account Registration & Social Login

If you register via Google OAuth or other social platforms, you authorize us to access basic profile data strictly for authentication purposes. You must safeguard your credentials. If you initiate an unjustified chargeback without contacting support, your license and account will be permanently revoked.
